- Why can't I find my website in the search engines?

- What do you usually recommend to your clients in building a website?
- In building a website, it’s important that you pay attention to the smallest of detail to ensure your website’s optimum performance.
Never use splash or intro page: We discourage our clients from adding a splash or intro page into their project simply because they serve no real purpose apart from making your website attractive. Secondly, a splash page is also an obstacle for search engines as you will lose ranking points when there is no real content or navigation on your home page.
Do not use excessive banner advertisements: In the World Wide Web, content is king. We encourage our clients to allot web spaces for valuable contents instead of banner advertisements that, more often than not, are ignored by net users.
Avoid using audio or video on your site: Apart from making a website load much slower than usual, having an audio or video that plays in the background while users browse your content can prove to be annoying for some. This might even prompt some of your site visitors and potential clients to leave your website.

- How long does it take to have a website designed?
- The time required to complete a project varies, depending on the scale of the website size, complexity of design, programming requirements and our current schedule of other projects in hand. We will provide you with a time estimate along with the project quote.
- Is web design and web development just the same?
- No. With web design, these are only static pages while in web development; the techniques in web design are made interactive or functional.
- Would you recommend full flash websites?
- The use of flash in a website greatly relies on the client's website needs and objectives. Having a full flash website can be disadvantageous as some search engines may not be able to read flash texts, aside from being more expensive. Instead, we highly recommend that flash be applied discreetly in a website.
- What contents do I put on my site?
- Your contents would depend on the purpose of your website. If it is a business website, you should put as much information about your products and services.
- What is the difference between a “static” and a “dynamic” website?
- A static website is written in HTML only with may be CSS and Javascript. Each page of a static website is a separate document where the only way to edit the site is to go into each page and edit the HTML—which can be performed by using a webpage editor or pay Web Outsourcing Gateway to edit and/or update your website each time you wanted something changed.
A dynamic website, on the other hand, is written using a server side scripting language, like PHP and uses a database like MY SQL. A dynamic website offers you more options because the information in the website is pulled from a database that can be changed through an admin interface. - We provide a maximum of three design prototypes based on your requirements, instructions, and reference websites. After the initial mock up, we will change it according to your request. If you don’t approve of your first mockup even after changes and alterations, we shall then proceed to creating the second design.
- How do I receive the finished project?
- Since our services are web-based, we communicate and transfer files through the Internet. Assuming that you hired our services for a web development project, we will put the website in our test server while the project is still ongoing and once we complete the project, we will transfer the work to your server.
- Who owns the copyright for the product and sources after completion of a project?
- All rights belong to our clients.

- How do I communicate with you regarding my project?
- We can make use of messengers, e-mails, and phone calls for real time conversations.
- How will I know the progress of the project?
- Our project manager will coordinate and communicate with you regularly to provide you updates such as screenshots, temporary links, etc. during project development.
- What if I want to add new features to the site in the middle of our project?
- As practiced, we work based on the project requirements you have provided us. You can add new features to your website after we complete your initial project with us, which will be billed separately from your previous project.
- I am not sure how many hours will be required to complete my project. How do I determine how many hours should I buy?

- How do I make sure that the business concepts, information, and documents that I send will be kept private?
- We ensure that every file, data, document, and information you provide us in accomplishing your project is kept confidential. Parties involved in a project are required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to safeguard and protect your file, data, document, and information.
- If I am not satisfied with the work, can I change my designer/programmer?
- We strive to meet your demand and work requirements and this generally never happens. However, if you believe that your designer/programmer is not functioning according to your preferences, we will arrange for his/her replacement.

- How much does a website cost?
- Each website project is quoted based on the information provided by the clients. Before we give you a price quote and time estimate, we first need to analyze your project requirements. For a more specific price quote, please visit the Request a Quote page.
- What if I do not like the design and would like to pull out my project?
- We will provide a maximum of 3 mock-up designs for you to choose from. If you are not satisfied with the designs and decided to pull out your project, your deposit will be refunded but we will keep a certain percentage with us to compensate for our effort based on the hours spent by our team for the design.
- What are your preferred payment methods?
- Payments can be made through PayPal. To assure our clients that a refund is possible in case they wish to pull out their project, the 50% deposit fee that clients have paid for will be shelved until the project nears completion.
